Ersatz paper sandwich boxes


Is it possible to serve a filled roll a paper sandwich box that has all the usual properties? Yes it is ... if you opt for our sandwich boxes made of brown Kraft ersatz paper produced in accordance with the FSC Mix-label specifications. The sturdy, lightweight sandwich boxes with an attached lid are ideal, hygienic, packaging for both cold and hot sandwiches and filled rolls. This model for a round or small roll is also ideal for serving a wrap, salad, snack or grilled product.

All the required properties


Our ersatz paper sandwich boxes are produced in the Netherlands, which means less transportation-related CO2 emission. They are heat-resistant, insulating and retain their shape so ensure maximum retention of your products’ quality. Thanks to the double-sided grease-resistant ersatz paper the boxes can remain in the heated display cabinet for longer. The boxes are not coated so once any food residue has been removed they can be put with the old paper for recycling. Being outside the scope of the SUP ban makes these containers a perfect replacement for your traditional (plastic) sandwich boxes.

Good to print


Ersatz paper has an appealing, natural look that combines very well with other packaging lines. The material is easy to print in your own house-style and remains oven-safe when printed. The sandwich boxes can be taken off the stack, filled and closed very quickly.
