Supported by research


These doggy-bag boxes are supported by the Dutch Stichting Natuur & Milieu (Nature & Environment Foundation). Research, carried out in August 2015 by the foundation in cooperation with Depa, has shown that more and more people are aware of food wastage and are willing to take their restaurant ‘leftovers’ home. A clear majority stated they thought it was the task of the restaurant to offer a doggy-bag if food was left on the plate.
