Are you dissatisfied with a product, was a product damaged when it you received it, or do you have another complaint?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to a Paardekooper store near you. A store can only accept returns if the products are undamaged and are accompanied by the original proof of purchase (packing list). Products in a clearance sale and client-specific products cannot be returned. You can find your nearest Paardekooper store on our corporate website.
If you do not wish to return a product by taking it to a Paardekooper store, call Paardekooper’s Customer Service on +31 (0)88-22 22 390 within eight days of receiving the product. The Customer Service department can be reached Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 hours. Tell us you will be returning goods in advance via this page. Then print out the form and include it with the product(s) you are returning.
The cost of returning a product is the same as the amount you were charged for delivery. This means you will be reimbursed the purchase price of the returned product but not the delivery charge. If you have received products that are damaged we will, of course, take them back or replace them free of charge.
