Delivery 

Our products are kept in stock in our distribution center (DC) in Den Hoorn. From this DC, orders are sent via www.paardekooper.nl to any desired address in the Benelux.

When will my order be delivered?

Most in-stock items will be delivered to you within 48 hours (two working days) at the latest, if ordered before 5 p.m. If part of the order is not immediately available, the in-stock products will still be shipped immediately. You will automatically be notified about out-of-stock items.

Orders for the Wadden Islands arrive one or two days later because of the boat crossing. The delivery date may also differ with other restrictions, such as the accessibility of a city center.

Minimum order value

For orders placed through our webshop, a minimum order value of €250 excluding VAT applies.

Web shop orders* larger than €250 (excl. VAT) are delivered carriage paid.

Transport Surcharge

As of 1 July 2026, the statutory mileage-based road charge for freight transport applies. These additional costs will henceforth be included in our transport costs. We are therefore replacing the current diesel surcharge with a single, combined transport surcharge. The new transport surcharge is €5.35 per order.

The transport surcharge consists of:

• a variable diesel surcharge;
• the statutory mileage-based road charge.

As diesel prices continue to fluctuate and the actual costs of the mileage-based road charge become clearer over the coming period, the transport surcharge will be reviewed monthly. The amount will be adjusted upwards or downwards as necessary.
