Delivery & Pick-up
Our products are kept in stock in our distribution center (DC) in Oud-Beijerland. From this DC, orders are sent via www.paardekooper.nl to any desired address in the Benelux. If you choose to collect your web order in one of our Stores, you will always receive a message from an employee as soon as your order has arrived at the Store of your choice.
When will my order be delivered?
Most in-stock items will be delivered to you within 48 hours (two working days) at the latest, if ordered before 5 p.m. If part of the order is not immediately available, the in-stock products will still be shipped immediately. You will automatically be notified about out-of-stock items.
Due to the large crowds at suppliers and delivery services due to the coronavirus, it is possible that not all products are in stock or that your order may be delayed. This applies to orders within the Netherlands as well as to all other delivery areas.
The delivery frequency with our carrier Snel to Belgium will be adjusted to 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours.
Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Orders for the Wadden Islands arrive one or two days later because of the boat crossing. The delivery date may also differ with other restrictions, such as the accessibility of a city center.
Freight and handling charges
In the Benelux, an amount of € 12.95 (excl. VAT) freight and administration costs will be charged for webshop orders under €250 (excl. VAT).
Web shop orders larger than €250 (excl. VAT) are delivered carriage paid.

No parcel delivery on Saturdays.
ARE YOU NOT AT HOME WHEN YOUR ORDER IS OFFERED?
Is your order not delivered the first time? If it concerns a postal package, the PostNL deliverer will drop it off at the nearest PostNL point. You will then find a ticket in the bus or receive an e-mail with a 'non-home code'. Via track & trace you can use this code to see where you can pick up your package. If it concerns a pallet delivery via Snel Transport, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery moment.
Extra service at Paardekooper: pick up your online orders for free in the Store. We will call you as soon as your order is ready for collection at the location of your choice. We do not charge shipping costs for collection.
Always take your order confirmation with you when you pick up your order at a Paardekooper Store. Your order will remain available for five working days in the Paardekooper Store of your choice. If the order has not been collected within five working days, we will send it back to the DC in Oud-Beijerland.
Neem bij het afhalen van je bestelling bij een Paardekooper-Store altijd je orderbevestiging mee. Je bestelling blijft vijf werkdagen beschikbaar in de door jou gekozen Paardekooper-Store. Als de bestelling niet binnen vijf werkdagen is afgehaald, sturen we deze terug naar het DC in Oud-Beijerland.
