When you order something from Paardekooper Packaging B.V., we use the delivery conditions of the Dutch Association of Wholesalers in Paper and Packaging Materials (NVGP). You can find these here. These are conditions that are fit our industry and the products we supply. The applicability of these terms and conditions applies regardless of the way in which you place your order (via the website, in one of our stores, by telephone or by e-mail with an employee of Paardekooper, etc.). We do not accept other (general / purchase) conditions, so if you apply conditions yourself, we (hereby) reject them.

All stated prices are in euro and exclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Paardekooper strives to deliver orders received before 17:00 hrs to addresses in the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) within a maximum of 48 hours (two working days), with the exception of Sunday, pallets are only delivered on working days.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 250 net (excl. VAT).
Carriage and administration costs
For online orders* over €250 (excluding VAT), we do not charge shipping costs. *Unless other delivery terms apply.

Logistics
Our warehouse is located in Den Hoorn. To ensure that the receipt of goods is sold as efficiently as possible, the following logistical requirements apply.

Purchase
Paardekooper also regularly acts as a purchasing party for, for example products or services. Our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase . always apply to this. We have purchasing conditions for software and IT specifically for the purchase of hardware, software and IT-related services.
Payment

Collection
If you have indicated you wish to collect your order, a Paardekooper employee will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection at your chosen Paardekooper store. Please take your order confirmation with you when you go to collect your order.

Orders with a value of less than € 250 (excl. VAT) that are to be delivered to an address in the Benelux are subject to the addition of a carriage and administration charge of € 16.95 (excl. VAT).
