Can I return my order?

Does the order not meet your expectations, did you receive the wrong product or do you not want to keep your purchase for another reason? Then you can return your order to us within eight days of receipt. Of course, the products you return must be undamaged and in the original packaging. If the delivered products show defects upon receipt, we ask you to contact our customer service via info@paardekooper.nl, so that we can look for a solution together with you. Clearance products and customer-specific items are excluded from the right of return. 

Return products by post

Follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Always report your return to us within eight days after receiving via this page.
2. Fill out the form online and press 'Send'.
3. Print out the completed form and enclose it with the products you are returning.
4. Send your package to the return address below:

5. Hand in your return package to PostNL or another carrier.

How do I get my purchase amount back?

Your purchase amount will always be refunded to your bank account via our head office in Oud-Beijerland. 

When will I get my purchase amount back?

Your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days of receipt in our returns center. Have you bought the products you want to return on account? Then a credit note is created.

Do I get the shipping costs back?

Whether you return a complete order or just one product: both the shipping costs for sending your order and those for returning your order are for your own account. So you will get your purchase amount back, but not the shipping costs (unless you have made other agreements about this with our customer service). You must also take care of the costs for the return yourself.
