Can I return my order?
Does the order not meet your expectations, did you receive the wrong product or do you not want to keep your purchase for another reason? Then you can return your order to us within eight days of receipt. Of course, the products you return must be undamaged and in the original packaging. If the delivered products show defects upon receipt, we ask you to contact our customer service via telephone number 088-22 22 390, so that we can look for a solution together with you. Clearance products and customer-specific items are excluded from the right of return. You can return your order to a Paardekooper Store or send it back by post, the choice is yours. Returning products to a Paardekooper Store
Return your order free of charge to a Paardekooper Store near you within eight days. The advantage of returning to a Store is that you do not pay shipping costs for returning your purchase. How do I get my purchase amount back?
Your purchase amount will always be refunded to your bank account via our head office in Oud-Beijerland. So you will not get your money back in cash, even if you return your order to a Store.
When will I get my purchase amount back?
Your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days of receipt in our returns center. Have you bought the products you want to return on account? Then a credit note is created.
Do I get the shipping costs back?
Whether you return a complete order or just one product: both the shipping costs for sending your order and those for returning your order are for your own account. So you will get your purchase amount back, but not the shipping costs (unless you have made other agreements about this with our customer service). You must also take care of the costs for the return yourself. Tip: you do not pay any return costs if you return your products to a Paardekooper Store.
