General terms and conditions

When you order something from Paardekooper*, we use the delivery conditions of the Dutch Association of Wholesalers in Paper and Packaging Materials (NVGP). You can find these here. These are conditions that are fit our industry and the products we supply. The applicability of these terms and conditions applies regardless of the way in which you place your order (via the website, in one of our stores, by telephone or by e-mail with an employee of Paardekooper, etc.). We do not accept other (general / purchase) conditions, so if you apply conditions yourself, we (hereby) reject them.In addition to these NVGP terms and conditions our liability for indirect- and consequential damages is excluded. This included amongst others loss of profit, missed savings, reduced goodwill, loss of data, loss of use of goods or equipment, damages to packaged goods, work interruption, costs of or in relation to replacement goods or equipment, facilities or services and damages or loss due to business interruption or delays.

For the purchases made by Paardekooper, only our general purchasing conditions are applicable. These can be found here:

Payment
Payment must be made within the term set by Paardekooper.

Prices
All stated prices are in euro and exclusive of VAT.

Delivery
Paardekooper strives to deliver orders received before 17:00 hrs to addresses in the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) within a maximum of 48 hours (two working days), with the exception of Sunday, pallets are only delivered on working days).

Collection
If you have indicated you wish to collect your order, a Paardekooper employee will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection at your chosen Paardekooper store. Please take your order confirmation with you when you go to collect your order.

Delivery takes place in accordance with our conditions. We can arrange the transport for you and use the following minimum order amounts:

The minimum order value within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 50 net (excl. VAT).

Carriage and administration costs
Orders with a value of less than € 250 (excl. VAT) that are to be delivered to an address in the Benelux are subject to the addition of a carriage and administration charge of € 12.95 (excl. VAT).

Offline orders

Minimum order value
The minimum order value within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 50 net (excl. VAT).

Orders with a value of less than € 250 (excl. VAT) that are to be delivered to an address in the Benelux are subject to the addition of a carriage and administration charge of € 12.95 (excl. VAT).

Logistics
Paardekooper has several warehouses. To ensure that the receipt of goods is sold as efficiently as possible, the following logistics requirements apply.

Purchase
Paardekooper also regularly acts as a purchasing party for, for example products or services. Our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase always apply to this. We have purchasing conditions for software and IT specifically for the purchase of hardware, software and IT-related services.

This in any case includes all (current and future) parent, subsidiary and sister companies of Paardekooper B.V.
