Transparent vacuum cooking bags

Vacuum bags make ideal packaging for the chilled storage of fresh food such as meat, cold meats and fish. Because the bags prevent any contact with oxygen, the natural moisture level, colour, aroma, taste, freshness and quality of the contents are preserved for longer. Thanks to the transparent material you can see at a glance what is in the bag.

Cooling and heating

These cooking bags can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to +115 degrees Celsius. This makes the vacuum bags very suitable for the long-term cooling or freezing of food, for boiling or steaming food in the microwave, for sous-vide cooking (vacuum tenderising in a water-bath) and for pasteurisation and sterilisation. Whether hot or cold the bags retain their shape and look and, therefore, their presentation value.

Representative tube bags

These food-safe flat tube bags made of polyamide (PA) and polyethylene (PE) are only sealed on the bottom – there are no side seams. This not only means your packaged products look more attractive, it also means the vacuum bags are suitable for displaying on your shop shelves. The 90 micron thickness makes these vacuum bags supple yet strong.
