These practical transparent, micro-perforated interleave sheets will keep slices of cheese or cold meats fresher, and tastier for longer.

Ultra-thin interleave sheets

If you are going to package sliced cheese, fresh or cured meats or smoked fish, separate the slices with these sturdy plastic interleave sheets. This will prevent your products from drying out in the chiller and stop the slices sticking to each other. The sheets will not only ensure your products are well protected for storage and transportation and will remain fresh and tasty for longer, they will also make it easy for the customer to pick up the required number of slices. The sheets can also be used when packaging bonbons and other delicious treats.

With micro-perforations

These interleave sheets have micro-perforations which allow the packaged products to go on ‘breathing’ and stops them sweating. This makes the protective sheets and the slices quick and easy to separate from each other. The interleave sheets are also antistatic so do not attract dirt or dust and being ultra-thin means the sheets add virtually no weight to the end product.

In various sizes

The interleave sheets are made of PP that is fully recyclable via the plastic waste. They are available in various sizes (from 10x15 cm to 20x30 cm). Always select the correct size so the edges of the slices of cheese or meat are also protected from drying out. The sheets are a safe, efficient and hygienic packaging for fresh produce specialists such as butchers, cheese shops, fishmongers and delicatessen shops and ideal for large kitchens and other companies that work with food.
