The material can withstand grease for short periods and is suitable for warm dishes with temperatures up to 40 °C. Bagasse products are both freezer and microwave safe. And because they contain no plastic, bagasse items are compostable in an industrial setting and can be disposed of in the green waste bin. Our bagasse products comply with the more stringent PFAS legislation for materials that are in contact with food.
