Omsnoeringsband voor zwaardere palletladingen


Dit voordelige omsnoeringsband van polyester (PET) is ideaal voor het vastzetten en stabiliseren van middelzware tot zware palletladingen, verzendeenheden en bundels. Je kunt dit gewafelde groene omsnoeringsband snel en effectief zowel semi- als volautomatisch verwerken. Zo ben je verzekerd van een veilig transport van je producten. Ook zijn je omsnoerde goederen beter beschermd tegen diefstal.

Gebruiksvriendelijk PET-band


Polyester is een stevig en gebruiksvriendelijk materiaal met een hoge schokabsorptie. Doordat het zwaarder is dan PP, wordt dit omsnoeringsband vooral gebruikt voor het bundelen en omsnoeren van middelzware tot zware producten en palletladingen. In tegenstelling tot PP en staalband is PET-band enigszins elastisch, waardoor het met de lading meebeweegt. PET is scheurbestendig, uv-bestendig en kan zeer hoge temperaturen aan van tussen de 60 °C en 80 °C, zonder dat het zijn goede eigenschappen verliest. Zo zijn je goederen tijdens transport en opslag altijd goed beschermd tegen schokken en andere invloeden van buitenaf.

Flexibel bevestigen


Je zet dit PET-omsnoeringsband heel eenvoudig vast met speciale omsnoeringsmachines en kunt het dankzij de flexibiliteit ook veilig en gemakkelijk met de hand verwerken. Bevestig het band dan met speciale zegels of gespen en breng het op spanning met een bandspanner. Ook is dit omsnoeringsband te versmelten via verhitting (lassen).

Wij leveren omsnoeringsband van polyester (PET) en polypropyleen (PP) in verschillende kleuren en kwaliteiten en in diverse breedtes, sterktes en rollengtes. Naast de rollen omsnoeringsband bieden wij ook een ruime keuze aan hulpmaterialen zoals losse bevestigingsgespen, zegels, spanners en afrolhaspels voor zware rollen.
