Green packing peanuts


Fill empty spaces in boxes and other packaging quickly and easily with foam peanuts or foam chips. This highly effective buffer material guarantees that your products will arrive at their destination safely and undamaged. The green peanuts are made of a bio-plastic produced from natural starch extracted from plants. The result is a filling material that is manufactured in an eco-responsible way, reusable, recyclable and 100% soluble in water. Because the foam peanuts bio-degrade very quickly they may be disposed of with the green waste.

Clean and lightweight


These closed-8 filling peanuts weigh virtually nothing and, therefore, have almost no effect on the weight of the package. At the same time the dust-free and antistatic Flo-pak Green packing peanuts fill the voids in boxes or packages so the contents are held in place and perfectly protected from shocks and knocks.

Ideal compact bag


The green filling material is supplied in a compact, 125 litre, bag (roughly the size of a full garbage bag). This is an ideal size for small businesses or webshops that have very little storage space and that do not use large quantities of filling material. The same bio-foam peanuts are also available in 400 litre bags.
