I have a complaint. What can I do?

Although we do everything we can to deliver the products you have ordered from us on time, it can happen that everything is not entirely satisfactory. Should this be the case please contact us so that together we can find a solution.

You can tell our Customer Service department what your complaint is in two ways:
• By telephoning +31 (0)88-22 22 333, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs.
• By e-mailing You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your message within a few minutes.

Our staff will look into your complaint or query and will do their utmost to find a satisfactory solution. We aim to give you an answer or solution within 48 hours. Should we realise it is going to take longer we will inform you.
