You can tell our Customer Service department what your complaint is in two ways:
• By telephoning +31 (0)88-22 22 333, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs.
• By e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your message within a few minutes.
Our staff will look into your complaint or query and will do their utmost to find a satisfactory solution. We aim to give you an answer or solution within 48 hours. Should we realise it is going to take longer we will inform you.
