Menu dishes and gastronorm containers can be sealed in no time at all with the professional MetalPack T325. This manual sealing machine ensures a hygienic, airtight and leak-proof seal of your filled single or multi compartment plastic menu containers or gastronorm containers. The meal packaging machine is used by many butchers, greengrocers, delicatessen shops, restaurants, catering companies and other shops and professional kitchens.

Securely seal menu containers and compartments

Because the heat-resistant film seals not only the outer rim of the meal container but the rims of all the individual compartments, your dishes and ready-to-use meals are perfectly packaged for easy transportation, storage and offering for sale. As standard the machine is supplied along with a smooth pressure roll.

Fast and light operation

The versatile MetalPack T325 is fast and easy to operate. Thanks to the special closure mechanism a light touch is converted into heavy sealing pressure, while an optimum pressure distribution ensures a consistent seal quality. The sealing temperature can be set at anything between 100 and 200°C. The stainless steel housing and anti-burning layer on the sealing plate make the machine very easy to clean.

Menu dishes, gastronorm dishes and films

Make sure you always use the right films to seal your menu dishes. The multi-functional T325 is perfect for all single or multi-compartment menu containers and gastronorm containers that are suitable for top-sealing, such as our black CPET dishes, anthracite-coloured menu dishes made of foamed AirPET®, black injection moulded PP dishes and our black gastronorm dishes made of ePET (partially recycled PET) and PP. This topseal machine can be used with both peelable and non-peelable sealing films with a roll width of up to 325 mm and a diameter of up to 200 mm.

Matching sealing plates

To seal your 1, 2 or 3 compartment menu containers easily you need matching sealing plates (available separately). This enables you to seal different containers up to 1/2 gastronorm. Two 1/4 gastronorm containers fit together in a sealing plate. Every type of menu container or gastronorm container has its own sealing plate with a profile that precisely matches the menu dish rims. The silicon cord holds the sealing plate in the correct location and also has an insulating function. Place the correct sealing plate on the lower table or adapter plate before you begin sealing. The sealing plates are easy to change. If you wish to seal menu containers for which a different sealing plate is needed please contact us.

Special adapter plate

If you use a sealing plate for a menu container with a length of up to 227 mm you will need a special adapter plate (available separately). This aluminium plate centres the sealing plate so sealing smaller menu containers with topseal film is also very easy with this manual sealing machine. With the help of the adapter plate on the MetalPack T325 you can also use various sealing plates for the MetalPack T190 and the MetalPack T290. The outside edges of the adapter plate line up with the lower frame of the MetalPack Topseal machine T325 and the inside is shaped to hold the sealing plate. Sealing gastronorm containers does not require an adapter plate.
